Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Early probation release-out of state
I am on probation with an interstate transfer from AZ to IL.
I would like to file for early termination. I have compleated 18 months of a 3yr probation sentence. All fines are paid, community services and classes compleated and no violations.
How do I file and do I need to file back in AZ where the probation was incurred?
Thank you.

The Court that placed you on probation is the Court that can terminate your probation early if Arizona law so provides. I would advise you to consult with an attorney in Arizona, perhaps the one who represented you when you were placed on probation. Good luck!
