A murder is comitted in a home (bedroom). Question, is the room it'self a crime scene or is the whole house a crime scene? If evidence is discovered in another room of the house, can that evidence be excluded on the basis of expatiation of privacy if no warrent was issued? Does the ''fruit of a Poisonous Tree''?
