Expungment
Can you give me infromation on what the process is of getting a felony DUI expunged from my record after the completion or termination of probation.

Motor vehicle offenses cannot be set aside under ARS 13-907.

There is a way to have the judgment set aside and have your rights restored. The process to set aside the conviction is set forth in A.R.S. 13-907. Application must be made in writing by an attorney, probation officer or the defendant. If you wish to hire a private attorney, feel free to contact me.
