Extradition Law
If you are about to be convicted of an AG DUI and serve jail time but choose to flee to Nevada instead, can they extradite you and give you more time in jail?

Flight is never bright. Extradition depends on the prosecuting agency. Also, if you have pled, and stipulated to anything (probation), your failure to appear allows a sentencing judge to sentence you to a maximum term of imprisonment.
