Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Extradition to Another State for a Warrent?
My exhusband and I married and divorced in VA. He now lives in AZ. He failed to pay his half of our child's orthodontics as agreed upon in the Property Settlement Agreement. I filed a Rule to Show Cause and he did not show up for court. A warrant for his arrest has been issued in VA. Can he be extradited from AZ to VA to serve time?

No. Extradition applies only to felony charges, not to contempt of court charges as in your x's case.
