right to face accuser
i was arrested on a search warrent of my home they got the warrent based on c.r.i shouldnt i have the right to face my accuser in court of law ?what makes a informant reliable

Yes, you have the right to face your accuser. The C.I.'s reliability should be tested. Informants are reliable if they have provided correct information in the past. Informants may not be reliable if they are getting paid, working off charges, have a history of lying and are under the influence of drugs. (1) Review search warrant affidavit. (2) Interview police officer. (3) File Motion to Reveal Informant and (4) Review search warrant affidavit for Franks violation.
