Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Facing class 4 felony fraud, will it hurt my case/plea offer if I request a motion to dismiss from the judge without an attorney.

Will it hurt your case? As I have not reviewed the file or know anything about the case, I can't give you a definitive answer. What I can advise is that as long as you have counsel, any motion you file will not be heard by the court. If you are without counsel, you seriously need to consult with counsel.
