Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I am currently facing 2 felony f2 charges in Arizona involving fraudulent schemes and theft My court for my initial pretrial conference I was presented with a plea offer haveing one f2 drop and other reduce is this mean that this case is a weak case in the states view. My lawyer hasn't even finish going through my discovery yet as well
