Federal supervised release
i am on federal supervised release amd was arrested for alledgedly stealing a credit card. is my federal po required by law to violate my supervision and send me back to prison even though i have not been convicted of this new crime or is it left to his discretion

Your PO must first file a motion to revoke your SR and the decision is made by the court. A criminal charge without a conviction or some other violation of your conditions of release, may or may not result in an SR violation depending upon the judge.
