This question is best answered by a licensed California criminal lawyer as CA is the state where the conviction took place. The offense you refer to is being a prohibited possessor of firearms and weapons in your possession can be seized for much a violation. Whether this is a violation is an issue for the CA lawyer since first felony offenders in AZ automatically have their civil rights restored in most circumstances, and you need to check the law in CA. Be advised that if you are a prohibited possessor you run the risk of being arrested and charged with this felony offense as well as having the weapons seized.
