Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
felon on the run
if someone has been found guilty of 26 felony counts including robbery, kidnapping,assault,and more, but they left the court room and never returned. is there a statue of limitations for this type of thing? it will be 10 years this december.

No. There is no Statute of Limitations which applies to criminal convictions.
