My felony case was dismissed rite before grand jury can they charge me with the same charges again

So long as the statute of limitation has not expired, you can be recharged. The state can put the case before the Grand Jury again or simply charge you by complaint. However, if they do charge you by complaint, you will be entitled to a preliminary hearing before your case can proceed. There is also a concept called, �pre-indictment delay� which may factor into your case. There may be some things an attorney can do to assist you so you will not be charged.
