I had a felony conviction for disorderly conduct with a weapon set aside in Arizona after all terms of my probation were completed. Do I have to reveal my conviction on an application? Does it still show up on my background check?

If asked whether you have been convicted of a felony the answer is yes, because even though it was set aside, under Az law it will remain part of your record with a notation that the conviction was set aside.
