Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My fiancee is in jail for a crime he didn't commit and the only evidence is the police report but his miranda rights were't read what can I do ?

The police report is not the evidence; it lists the alleged evidence (witnesses, physical evidence etc.). The best thing you can do is to retain a competent, qualified, experienced defense attorney.

Mr. Orent is correct. He needs an attorney. Miranda rights don't need to be read if the prosecution is not going to use your fiancee's statements against him. An attorney can decide if the facts of the case are sufficient to hold him without his admissions or statements.
