Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My fiance's ex put his hand around her neck and called her an F'n B in front of parents, teachers, and kids at her son's seventh grade orientation. She came home with the news, both her and her son upset. I called his phone from his son's cell phone leaving a message threatening to paralize him and that I'd put a hurting on him if he ever put his hands on her again. Can he take that recording and press charges in AZ?

Unfortunately, you are both in the wrong. It is not a good idea to respond to violence with violence, even if it is just a threat, and even if you never planned on acting it out. My advice to you is to try to stay peaceful in the future to the extent you can and call the police regarding any threats or violence by him toward you or any of your loved ones.
