Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I got into a fight with my roomate and got a assault and disorderly conduct charge and I accepted a plea agreement which would remove the charges for taking anger management classes. Some how those same two charges came up twice and I missed the court date for the "second two charges" a warrent was issued for my arrest. I was pulled over for traffic violation the officer saw my warrent and arrested me. They did a "inventory check" and found weed, scale, and baggies. Is their search legal and will they be able to use all of that evidence?

You likely would have a good claim for having any charges dismissed because the warrant was improperly executed. There should not have been a warrant in the first place. Still if you were pulled over for any other, valid reason, such as speeding, you probably will not be able to slide by for the illicit materials discovered. Good luck!
