Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
fileing timelines
Charges have now been filed on me. Court is a week away. I intend to file a few motions. One being (un-constuntial stop) and the other (not being read the miranda). Is there a dead-line for fileing those, rember I have yet to go for my first aperance

The judge will set deadlines down the road. I have a systematic way of doing things and typically lock witnesses into statements before filing the motion. This is not something I would recommend that you do on your own as it should be left to very experienced counsel. If you are looking to retain a private attorney, feel free to contact me.
