fire an attorney
I have a public defender in a criminal case.I would like to know how to fire him and get the court to assine another attorney

Re: fire an attorney
1. Ask your present PD how to get another assigned;
2. If that doesn't work, contact your PD's supervisor and tell him/her;
3. If that doesn't work, write to the Judge and request that another PD be assigned.
You will have to provide a good reason for wanting a new PD; you don't get one just because you want one.
