Forfeiture of Property

During shipment of my cars from CA to NJ the truck was stopped in AZ. They found marijuana in the cab of the truck and then got a warrant to search all of the cars. They are claiming that the dogs indicated a positive hit in my consol although no substance was found. They are also alledging that the consol was modified to ''hide contratband''. That is simply not true. What rights do I have in getting my car released?
