if they found you guilty in trial and you werent present is there a way to change that

If you were found guilty at a criminal trial the issue would be whether you were advised of the trial date. If so, under Arizona procedure your non-appearance may be deemed a waiver of your presence at trial, and the trial may proceed without you.
