Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Old friend used my name when caught with stolen car.
This girl I know got caught driving a stolen car recently. I just found out that she had given the cops my name instead of her own. So now the cops were looking for me, and there is a court date next month and all the charges are in my name when i didn't do anything wrong. How do I handle this, what should i do?
