Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My friend was released by pretrial services from a dangerous drugs, marijuana possesion. The court also brougt up a previous charges of possesion of a stolen weapon, dangerous drugs of sale, pills,marijuana .,one of her charges are a class 2 felony. Then last week she was at a house that got raided for drugs. Her charge was possession of a stolen property. A stolen gun. What are hher chances of getting out of jail?

If she was arrested and charged with another felony while she was already released to pretrial services on a previous felony, they can hold her without bond.
