Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

My friends two nieces have warrants. They are 15 and 20. He believes that when they turn 21 the warrants will disappear. Do juvenile warrants expire when they become adults?

Warrants never expire. Better to get in touch with an attorney to have this cleared up before it end up in jail

The warrants don't expire, however, when the 15 year old turns 18 the Juvenile court will lose jurisdiction. That means, she gets arrested on the warrant, is brought before the judge who reviews it and is then released for lack of jurisdiction.
