On 9/24/05 entered my drive to find eight official vehicles searching my home ect.Upon my approach they restrained & hand cuffed me.
Read me rights & kept me in cuffs for six hours as I was harrashed & watched my home be torn apart.
I have no previous record they siezed my hunting equipment,in addition to 34 other items for evidence.
Their claim the taxiderist found a bullet puncture in the hide of the deer. The judged issued a warrant soley based on this acquisation by the taxidermist. Game&Fish also stated I falsified the lengh of residency. After six hours in cuffs, they completed their investigation uncuffed me and told me I would hear from them within three weeks if their was justification to issue tickets I was told all items not relevent to the case would be returned within three weeks, the vidoe tapes & undeveloped film of my family, bow guns & elk horns with Idaho tag ect. Six months no contact. If I file a motion how long do they have to respond to my request to return my items can the judge overrule if game&fish deny my request.
