if i had a girkfriend that i took a bunch of naked pics of her and sent them out or posted online what type of reprecautions do i have to fear

If she is a minor, then you are facing numerous felony charges for child pornography. In Arizona, each photo mandates a prison term. If she is an adult, then you may still be facing charges. However, the type of charges will depend on the pictures and whether she knew you would be sending them to 3rd parties. Especially if she was a minor, you need to speak with and likely retain counsel immediately.
