Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
the grand jury indicts me on two felony counts , a sheriff delivers the summons to appear in court on a friday court is monday, no time to get a public defender or lawyer, i appear before judge charges are read but my rights werent given to mke, can this be thrown out due to that violation of my rights?
