Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
we know second hand smoke is very dangerous,if a person blows his/her smoke
in your face intentionally,do you have a right to defend yourself using extreme
prejudice?

I don't know what you mean by "extreme prejudice" but even smoke can be an unwanted touching, particularly when the action was intentional. You could file a civil action for tort, but probably woiuldn't be able to convince a prosecutor to file a criminal assault charge. Best of luck!
