Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Hello,my name is joseph valenza jr.I live in scottsdale,az.i had an order of protrection against me that was due 2 expire in April 2012.I would like to know if it did or if it was extended.I havent received any infomation regarding this matter.thnks

If the order is extended it must be served on you just like the original order. If you don't get served then there is no valid order. You could always check with the clerk of the Court that first issued the original order to see if it was extended.
