Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
my husband was arrested a year ago but he had a 2007 case pending that was to be droped due to other issues i want to know wat we can do we have tryed to make deals but we are being pushed to trail he helped some detictives bring down alot of gang members and the deal was to drop his case but after he helped them they never drop the case a contract was made but now it cant be found i want to know wat can i do?
