How to get information before self surrender

I just found out that I have a warrant out for my arrest for 2 class 2 felonies for selling meth to a C.I. How can I get my discovery or any information on what they really have against me before turning myself in. it would be helpful to know the severity and if I need to hire an attorney.

If you are charged with class 2 felonies, the matter is serious and you need counsel. There are ways to get some of the discovery prior to turning yourself in. What is smarter is to hire counsel and then arrange a self surrender so you may be able to walk away from court with all discovery in hand. If you wish to retain me, you can reach me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.

Was tbere a search warrant issued? If so you can usually get the affidavit and you can controvert the search warrant (a civil proceeding) without you being present or surrendering yourself. The strategy may be to have the informant revealed in the civil procedure. The government does not like to reveal there informants and without one, hand to hand sales cases do not usually get prosecuted. The police reports may be available it depends on which agency did the investigation. D.E.B. and M.C.S.O. not likely Tempe, and Mesa likely. If you want me to handle this case (controvert warrant) it costs $5,000
