Was tbere a search warrant issued? If so you can usually get the affidavit and you can controvert the search warrant (a civil proceeding) without you being present or surrendering yourself. The strategy may be to have the informant revealed in the civil procedure. The government does not like to reveal there informants and without one, hand to hand sales cases do not usually get prosecuted. The police reports may be available it depends on which agency did the investigation. D.E.B. and M.C.S.O. not likely Tempe, and Mesa likely.
