Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I am being investigated for 2 felony charges. One charge is Aggravated Assault and the other is Child Abuse. CPS does not return calls when I call them. It has been turned over to the County Attorny for charges to be determined. I am trying to find out if I need to hire an attorney and if so the name of a good attorney?

You definitely need an attorney! Stop talking to CPS; whatever you say will be considered as evidence against you. If they have turned it over to the CA; they already believe that a crime has been committed. I have been involved in countless similar cases in the past. Call me if you are looking to hire private counsel. (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
