If I have been issued a no contact order with the alleged victims, will the court check my phone just because, or only if the victims tell them too. Or complain

A no contact with the victim of a crime order is usually a condition of release. A violation of the order may result in your being taken into custody and sent to jail awaiting resolution of the charges. Trying to avoid being caught violating the order is very risky unless you don't mind being incarcerated.
