Need a new judge

MY boyfreind has signed a plea agreement but doesn't,and didn't understand what it meant. His court appointed attorney lead him to believe something completely different.

also his judge has it out for him. how do we get a different judge and attorney and have the plea agreement thrown out.thank you

It is too late to get a different judge. You can always retain a private lawyer, or apply to the PD administrator for a different lawyer, but you do not have the right to change court-appointed lawyers just because you want to.

You need a Motion to Withdraw the guilty plea and someone to prepare/file/argue that.
