Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
If a juvenile has a warrant for their arrest for running away, how much time can they get? There is also an issue of being wrongfully accused of being a part of a robbery. They were released and cleared as not a suspect, but what is being told from the probation officer is that now the police is now trying to charge the juvenile for the robbery. Could they be in jail longer than their 18th birthday? They also have two pending felonies.

You need to consult directly with an attorney. Your circumstances are too complex and fact dependent to be addressed in this format. If you have an attorney, talk to him/her; if not, be sure to meet with someone. You can contact me directly if you want, but be sure to consult directly with someone.
