Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I am being labeled a victim in a domestic violence/ agg. Assault case by the state of AZ, because of written statements made by other alleged victims , even though I never made any statements to the poli.ce and have told the court I am not a victim. Can i get removed as a victim?

If the state is unwilling to cooperate with you, you may contact the lawyer for the defendant and advise that you are not a victim and explain the circumstances. The defense lawyer may want to take it from there to clarify this issue with the court.
