is it too late to change your mind if you have already signed a plea agreement but have not been sentenced yet?

Generally, if the Judge formally accepted your guilty plea when you plead guilty, then you can only withdraw your plea if you convince the Judge that there has been a manifest injustice (or that there is a very good reason for the change). Talk to your attorney about your options.
