Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

late hit i have a warrent

My nice contacted me and stated that when applying for a new job during a back ground check it was reported that in another state two warrants were posted for her. 2003 robbery c and credit card Lacey. She have worked for three companies since then and never have these charges appeared? What should we do?

Re: late hit i have a warrent

She needs to hire a criminal defense lawyer in the other state if at all possible. These are serious charges which will not go away on their own. They will come back to bite her one day. She'll be better off confronting them now than on the day she gets arrested on the warrants.

Reports on background checks and having an actual warrant are two different things. You must take care of the warrant as soon as absolutely possible. Sooner or later it is bound to catch up with you. You need to consult a lawyer about the specifics of your situation and how you need to deal with the problem. Most lawyers will provide you with advice at no cost.
