Re: new law, called title 18

I assume that you are referring to title 18 of the United States Code. Title 18 is not new. The title deals with hundreds of different issues. There may be a case that was recently decided involving a title 18 claim that your son feels would help him. I will need additional information before I can tell you if there is something that can help him. Please feel free to call and talk to me directly. I have spent a lot of years representing people who have been charged with crimes and will try to anwer your questions. No Charge or ogligation for the call. Good luck! DHD
