Laws concerning drive by shootings?
What are the laws concerning drive by shootings? What are the penalties for the driver?
The driver was not armed or ever fired a weapon during the incident.

The driver will be charged as an accomplice or an accessory or a co-conspirator.
The statutory penalities are the same as for the shooter.
