Is it legal to shoot a bow and arrow inside Phoenix Az. city limits?

Many cities ban weaponry discharge of any kind, and Phoenix probably is no exception. I would not suggest it. I would go to a legitimate shooting/firing range approved by the state to do your archery or whatever you are wanting to do.
