Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
i live in arizona my charges are class2 possession of dangerous drug for sale, class6 possession of marijuana, class6 possession of drug paraphernalia, class4 possession of a narcotic drug. my questions are... her reason for searching my car was, "im familiar with subjects(my mom) that i associate with." is that probable cause for a search? there are more factors that stand in my favor i will be happy to discuss upon your request ive never been caught charged or convicted of any felonies or drug charges before.

Short answer is - probably not if you didn't consent. I would have to see the police report for the arrest to see what other factors the officer might have claimed existed.
