what is the minimum and maximum sentence
I want to know what the minimum and maximum penalties are for someone facing charges of Disorderly Conduct ars 13-2904a (1) and Reckless driving ARS 28-693A.

The disorderly conduct is a class 1 misdemeanor, unless a weapon is involved in which case it is a class 6 felony. A class 1 misdemeanor is punishable from no confinement up to 6 months confinement and a fine of $2500, plus surcharges. The reckless driving is a class 2 misdemeanor which is punishable from no confinement up to 4 months confinement and a $750 fine.
