Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Mip
Because I recieved an MIP in Arizona, but I live in Illinois, how will it go away, will it ever be off my record, and should I hire an attorney?

Re: Mip
If you either took a plea bargain or were found guilty of the MIP, then there is a procedure similar (but not the same) as expungement in Arizona that will help clean up your record.
If you were simply arrested, but never went to Court or your Court date hasnt come up than you either need to hire an attorney to represent you or come to Court on your Court date to work out something with the government.
