Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
My mom was attacked by my little brother, since then he has been placed in a court ordered treatment program. The court told my mom, the victim, that she must pay upwards of $1000 per month as long as he is in treatment. My mom doesn't make enough money to pay this and his father is not responsible for anything because he filed for bankruptsy back in 2008. The judge told my mom that if she doesn't pay or is late, then she will go to jail. What can we do?
