Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Monetary theft on the job
If I were to borrow money without my employer knowing and I have been caught and she decides to press criminal charges what would happen to me. I have never had any criminal or non criminal charges on me before. I have a clean record and I truly planned to repay the money I just got myself into some financial trouble.

Depends on the amount at issue and manner in which the money was taken. From your zip code I assume you are in Scottsdale. Scottsdale has pretty sophisticated embezzlement investigators (as does Phoenix and Mesa). I am a former white collar crime prosecutor. Please contact me directly.
