money recieved
I recieved over five yrs ago 10k from a friend who said I would never need to be concerned about it, she now wants me to pay and is filing a claim in maricopa superior courts agains me please advise me

If she has a promissory note or other document in writing signed and showing the debt, or letters indicating it was a loan and would be repaid, pay her. If not, and if it was a gift, she cannot legally later change her mind and if it is her word against yours, go to court.
