i have three months left of probation. Can arizona revoke my probation for not paying my restitution in full by the time my probation period has ended?

Yes, they can try to. Whether your probation will be revoked and you will receive a sanction depends on your circumstances, for example whether you wilfully paid or simply have no money etc. See the link below:
