Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
Motion to Change a Felony
I was told by the judge when my over-payment was paid and I was off of probation, he would reduce my felony to a misdemeanor. I am no longer on probation and my over-payment has been paid. I called the Judge and his secretary told me to get the form and file a motion. She told me she could not tell me what the form is. I had to find that out on my own. Could someone please guide me in the right direction so that I may complete this and send it in to the Judge.

Re: Motion to Change a Felony
You need a motion to designate your offense a misdemeanor and you need a
further motion to vacate conviction. Counsel undersigned is not aware of
any form to designate an offense a misdemeanor.
