Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

Hi, I moved in with a roommate last june or july. I was not on the lease. No one else lived at the residence. Last August My roommate asked me to pawn a 40 something inch flat screen tv that had been in the residence since i had moved in. I pawned the tv for him because we were struggling with rent, i had a vehicle, he was at work and didn't have a vehicle. Later that month a previous roommate of his had broken in and stolen some things including the pawn slip. A police report was made in February against me and I was arrested on a warrant for an f3 theft and an f6 trafficing stolen property last week. Two days ago my roommate closed his lease early handing over the apt to management and disappeared without any notice to me or the apt management leading me to beleive he may have taken the tv and some other items of value from the previous roommate. What can I do?

Your question is not one that can be answered in a single email response other than to say that you need a lawyer who can learn more facts from you and fully investigate the case and develop a defense to the criminal charge. If you have a lawyer, he or she will or should conduct (through an investigator) a thorough investigation. If you do not already have a lawyer, feel free to call me for a consultation.
