Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona
I had a moving company supplied by the military to move my things from Maryland to Arizona. Now my wedding ring and Grandmothers ring is missing. I filed a claim with the company and it took them months to deny me. They don't answer or return calls. They said they sent a check for the broken items which I have also not received. I filed a police report with Maryland police. Yet it is hard to do anything from Arizona. What can I do?

Was an inventory of the items being moved made? Do you have any insurance? Does it list the rings, for example? I would say look at the fine print of any documentation you received from the moving company or the military in regard to your move. If you still aren't having any luck, sue the moving company in small claims court or regular court, depending on the dollar amount.
